Brittany Fuller is a lifelong Scripps Ranch resident and community advocate deeply rooted in the neighborhood she calls home. A proud alumna of Jerabek Elementary, Marshall Middle School, and Scripps Ranch High School, Brittany was raised in this community and has dedicated her life to protecting it and the people within it.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from San Diego State University and went on to complete her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Baylor University. Brittany’s professional background spans public service and private care, including work as a social worker in San Diego and later as a child care professional in New York, where she supported high-profile families while advocating for child wellbeing, safety, and dignity.
Brittany has completed advanced training in psychological crisis management through Johns Hopkins University and is also a certified End-of-Life Doula through the University of Vermont. Her work is guided by a trauma-informed, human-centered approach that honors the emotional, social, and practical needs of individuals and families during their most vulnerable moments.
At the heart of Brittany’s work is an unwavering commitment to justice. She is a fierce advocate for vulnerable populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, elders, caregivers, children, and families impacted by trauma, displacement, and systemic harm. Brittany has been actively involved in confronting fraud, exploitation, and abuse—particularly where power imbalances threaten the safety, autonomy, or dignity of others—and she continues to speak out and take action even when doing so comes at personal cost.
Through her leadership, advocacy, and service, Brittany strives to create safer, more inclusive communities rooted in accountability, compassion, and truth. Her work reflects a lifelong belief that justice is not abstract—it is lived, defended, and built through care for both people and the places they call home.
